Summer Half Day Camps
- Half Day Camps are $110 (membership optional)
- Camps offered for all age groups
- All Half Day Camps run Monday – Thursday
Summer Full Day Camps
- Full Day Camps are $250 (membership required)
- Only offered at Dr. Charles L. Sifford Golf Course
- Golf experience is REQUIRED for all day camps
- Age groups for All Day Camps are 10-12 and 13 & Up
- Participants will be grouped by age and golf ability
- All Full Day Camps run Monday – Thursday
Summer Weekly Classes
- 5 & 6 years old spring program fee is $75 (8 week class that meets for 1 hour per week)
- 7-9 years old spring program fee is $75 (8 week class that meets for 1 hour per week)
- 10-12 years old spring program fee is $85 (8 week class that meets for 1 hour and 15 min per week)
- 13 & Up spring program fee is $90 (8 week class that meets for 1.5 hours per week)
PLEASE NOTE: There is no programming the week of 6/30-7/6 due to the Fourth of July Holiday.
What’s New for Summer 2025!
- Please note that there modified age groups at Harry L. Jones, HangTime, and Charles T. Myers in order to accommodate class sizes.
- New Weekly Player Development Program for participants with previous golf and program experience! This program is designed to give participants an opportunity to work on their game in a fun and supportive setting with drills, tailored instruction, and course management techniques. This program is limited to participants 10 & Up (grouped by age and skill level within class) who have completed a MINIMUM of one 8-week program with First Tee – Greater Charlotte prior to registering.
- Specialty Camps: Introducing 4 new styles of camps!
- Innovators: Specially designed for curious minds aged 8-11. This camp invites your participant to explore the fascinating world of golf through hands-on activities that spark creativity and learning. Imagine building your own golf course using colorful blocks, all while discovering the essential parts of a golf course and diving into the science of agronomy. This camp not only fosters a love for the game but also promotes holistic personal growth in a supportive and nurturing environment.
- Big Break: Designed for teens looking to improve their game, this camp focuses on developing key golf techniques, strategy, and sportsmanship. Throughout the week, participants will compete in a variety of golf challenges, from long drive contests to putting and accuracy drills. Each challenge is carefully crafted to test different aspects of golf, helping participants enhance their skills and understanding of the game. Points are awarded for performance in each challenge, and the participant with the most points at the end of the camp will be crowned the Big Break Champion!
- Advanced/Tournament Prep: This camp focuses on essential skill development, including short game, full swing, putting, and course management. You’ll learn valuable tournament strategies to handle pressure, manage expectations, and tailor your approach to different course types. Build mental toughness with techniques to stay focused and confident under pressure, while improving your on-course demeanor. In addition, we’ll cover important golf rules and etiquette to ensure you’re prepared both on and off the course. This camp will take your game to the next level.
- Girls Golf Spirit Week: Whether you are a beginner or an experienced golfer, this camp is designed to inspire and empower young female athletes to take their game to the next level, all while celebrating the spirit of teamwork and sportsmanship. Each day of camp will feature a unique theme, from “Pink Day” to Superhero Swing,” where you can dress up, show off your spirit, and participate in fun competitions. Spirit week isn’t just about golf; it’s about fostering a positive environment for young girls to feel empowered, build confidence, and discover the joy of the game.
Please note full and partial financial aid is available through the registration website for membership and program fees.
All programs are capped at 14 to 16 participants. Equipment is not needed and can be provided for all programs.
If your desired camp is full, please add your participant to the wait-list. If there is enough demand for a camp, we will look at the possibility of adding additional camps to accommodate participants on wait-lists.
