The HV3 and First Tee – Greater Charlotte mentorship program started in December 2021. The HV3 and First Tee – Greater Charlotte mentorship program is designed to connect young participants with mentors that will help guide them in their future endeavors and build lasting relationships. By providing mentors and mentees with opportunities and events to meet both on and offline, these new relationships are able to build and flourish in different ways. Each month we host events for mentees and mentors to attend together in a group setting with other pairs. Some past events include golf scrambles, White Water Center activities, college tours, and sporting events.
