Established in 2021, The Pine, also known as The First Tee – Greater Charlotte Learning Center at Pineville, provides a dynamic environment for learning and growth through golf. As both a dedicated site for First Tee – Greater Charlotte programs and a public golf learning center, it continues to enrich the Pineville community and inspire players of all ages.

At The Pine, we are proud to offer year-round accessibility to our exceptional facilities, demonstrating our commitment to providing consistent learning opportunities for every golfer’s development. We offer two grass driving range tees and a covered mat hitting barn with TopTracer technology and heaters, to ensure that all golfers can practice and improve their skills, regardless of the season.

Putting Course

At The Pine, we’re proud to showcase Doc’s Hill — an innovative 18-hole putting course honoring the legacy of Doc Wagner. Designed with intricate slopes and dynamic layouts that change over time, Doc’s Hill offers a one-of-a-kind challenge that invites players of all skill levels to test their touch, persistence, and creativity. It’s more than a course, it’s an experience built on fun, friendship, and the love of the game.

Indoor Simulation Bays

Step into our indoor simulator room where advanced Uneekor technology meets pure golfing fun. Track your stats, sharpen your swing, and challenge yourself with interactive goals. Or switch things up and play iconic courses and entertaining mini-games with friends. It’s the perfect mix of learning, competition, and enjoyment, no matter the weather outside. Simulators are open to rent to the public.
